Your field of responsibility:

IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book) project provides a framework to calculate NII (Net interest income) at risk and related figures. You will be responsible for managing, defining and documenting Business Requirements for IRRBB Data Delivery Team. Our Business Analyst group also supports test execution and works with development team for resolution of technical issues identified during test phases prior to deployment of newly developed technical specifications.

Your future colleagues:

IRRBB IT is responsible for leading and executing IT deliveries focused on ALM IRRBB Program. IT team is developing and supporting ETL data delivery processes based on Oracle and Informatica. ALM IRRBB data delivery team is built around 9 core people currently located in Wroclaw Poland. We are looking to increase this number by additional experienced Business Analyst. Your skills and experience:

We are looking for seasoned business analyst who will help us manage, define and document our data sourcing strategy.

• Strong analytical skills and project execution skills.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Know who to communicate tactfully difficult/sensitive information.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skillset. Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) to be able to manage work with business partners and regional teams.
• Proven experience in writing SQL queries for performing functional checkouts of changes implemented by development team.
• Proven experience with Agile methodology and full SDLC is essential.
• Familiarity and understanding of finance domain is a plus.
