Section Manager Lean Manufacturing

• Leading the expert team responsible for the companies lean improvement system focusing on direct areas such as production, logistics, quality, technical function etc.
• Execute and develop Bosch Production System (BPS) according to the state of the art principles and technologies based on industry 4.0
• Qualify associates towards the principles of BPS
• Ensure proper usage of lean tools and methodologies across the entire site
• Moderation of continuous improvement process workshops
• Support to value-stream KPI targets definition according to business requirements derived out of policy deployment / stakeholder requirements
• Facilitate and manage BPS activities such as 5S campaign, quarterly System CIP activities, Kaizen workshops also with externals etc.
• Support the company culture achieving manufacturing excellence based on BPS as a foundation and key enabler
• Implement communication tools to foster the lean environment and improve a lean culture

• University degree considering minimum 3 years of experience in similar        position and/or in operational business (production, logistics, planning, etc)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and logistics methods
• Experience of participating in lean improvements projects
• Experience in lean methods related with production and logistic (5S, SMED, line balancing, standardized work, problem solving, Kanban, Heijunka, supermarket, VSM, VSD)
• Strong customer orientation
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, to prioritize work tasks and maintain focus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team and with all levels of the organization
• Advanced English language skills
• Proactive approach as well as technical practical sense
