IT Solution Manager Big Data Analytics/Group Leader

Tasks: 

As IT Solution Manager in the Business Team Mobility Solutions you are accountable for:

• Plan, build, deploy, run and phase out of the BBM Analytics Big Data IT Solutions and orchestrate responsible roles
• Managing customer requirements, including input for IT Products/Services development
• Pro-actively consulting customer in optimizing and standardization of the Solution (technical, commercial)
• Planning activities for IT Solution within planning processes in close alignment with the experts in the Solution Team and Product/Service teams (Solution roadmap)
• Integrating IT Products/Services into customer’s environment according to customer specific needs to create required benefit for the customer
• Managing IT Solution’s dependencies and integration of involved IT Products/Services in close alignment with relevant Product/Service Owners incl. interfaces
• Analyzing and communicating KPIs (incl. service level targets for Solution and affiliated Products/Services, customer satisfaction and benchmarking)

As Group Leader you are responsible for:

• Building and guiding your team in an international context to be competitive in the dynamic global context
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the engagement of associates and people management, including mentoring of associates, competency and career development as well as goal setting and performance reviews

Profile:

• Profound IT Data Analytics background – Data Analytics is your passion
• Very good experience with complex Analytics / Big Data solutions and underlying platforms (e.g. Anzo, Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience in successful leading IT projects
• Strong leadership skills, ability to lead functionally and motivate team
• Very good communication, collaboration and coordination skills,
• Flexible, creative and pragmatic team player
• Personality: structured, goal-oriented, independent, systematic and efficient
• Intercultural skills to foster open and trustworthy international collaboration
• Very good written and spoken English
