TA Client Service Executive

Client Dealer Services team is responsible for daily interactions with our external clients and
business partners concerning their operational and procedural queries. The team is supporting funds
distribution in European markets also with regards to projects and provides an overview of local
procedures and processes. We are looking for the candidates to support us in clients’ related
project.

We are offering a fixed-term contract for 6 months (potentially to be extended).

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Administrative tasks related to clients’ related project
• Ensuring the highest level of service through e-mail, letter and phone to internal and external
  clients
• Providing direct support to the clients and business partners
• Identifying and supporting implementation of various improvement initiatives

We are looking for candidates who:

• Is good at English (written and oral)
• German and/or Polish would be an advantage
• Educational background or equivalent qualifications
• Has strong interpersonal skills, as well as diplomacy and tact
• Has relevant client service skills
• Has strong analytical, organizational, technical and time management skills
