GTS team is currently looking for an open-minded and ambitious individual for the role of the Analyst. The ideal candidate possesses an extensive knowledge of investment industries and financial instruments and is eager to join young and dynamic team to support derivatives and collateral management.

You will be responsible for performing a multitude of analytical oriented tasks to support one of the top Asset Managers in the world in mitigating counterparty risk on the OTC derivatives market. This role requires participating in multiple deadline and analytical oriented assignments. Some of the tasks associated with the role may involve – but are not limited to – the following: validating collateral requirements, reconciling discrepancies, responding to internal and external inquiries, participating in projects.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Collateral management: ensuring the margin requirements are met within assigned custodian and account specific deadlines, working with Front and Middle Office teams on collateral selection and optimization.
• Monitoring exposure resulting from open OTC derivatives collateralized under various agreement types.
• Communicating with the largest banks and brokers, responding to collateral ad-hoc inquiries and solving production issues.
• Working with different global departments: Reconciliation, Settlements, Trade Completion, Pricing, Risk.
• Preparation of the daily, weekly and monthly metrics and reporting.
• Deployment of improvements into existing workflows that provide additional efficiencies, time savings and risk mitigation.
• Participating in global projects as assigned.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Is fluent in written and spoken English.
• Possesses knowledge of investment industry and financial instruments.
• Has good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Possesses the analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Has strong attention to detail and the ability to keep track of a large and varied workload.
• Is able to communicate efficiently and is a team player.
