Destination IT

The third edition of the program draws on the experiences of both mentors and mentees in order to best adapt the support to the participants’ needs.
Destination IT consists of comprehensive educational activities and mentoring. At the end of the program, mentees prepare projects covering areas addressed during their chosen educational path.

In the third edition, selected individuals will be invited to participate in a free educational pathway in one of the following fields: Data Engineering (DE), User Experience (UX), Business Analysis (BA), or DevOps

The project starts with a webinar, which will take place on October 24, 2024. We will talk about the educational paths offered in this edition and introduce part of the mentoring team.

From October 25 to November 3, registrations will be open for an in-person meeting in Warsaw, which will take place on November 5 at 5:00 PM.
It is worth attending to get to know Roche Polska and have a direct conversation with the mentors about the program and development opportunities.

During this time, we will be collecting application forms, then carefully reviewing them to invite selected participants to join Destination IT vol. 3.

Further schedule

• January 9, 2025 – Inaugural meeting in Warsaw and start of mentoring,
• February 17 – 21, 2025 – Break in educational and mentoring activities,
• March 28, 2025 – End of the educational part of the #DestinationIT program,
• April 10, 2025 – We will meet in Warsaw to review mentees’ projects and summarize the program.

Where Empathy Meets Technical Knowledge: The User Experience (UX) Path

In the Business Analyst path of the Destination IT program, you will learn to:

DevOps

In the DevOps path of the Destination IT program, you will learn how to:

• Build Automatic End-to-End Deployment Pipelines
• Container and deploy applications: both on-premise and in the cloud

Data Engineering: Mastering the Technologies of Data Management
