We are launching the third edition of Fearless Together – a program designed for women who want to consciously build their careers in the financial industry. When the sculpture of the Fearless Girl appeared on Wall Street, she quickly became a global icon. Although small in stature, her strength and message are immense. With her chin up and a steady, unwavering posture, she stands at the heart of the financial world and is an inspiring symbol of courage.

The sculpture was an initiative of State Street Global Advisors (now State Street Investment Management) and serves as a reminder to us all that everyone has the potential to achieve great things and pursue their goals with confidence. This is the very idea that drives our program.

Just like the Fearless Girl, you can embody your own strength and face professional challenges with courage. The Fearless Together 3.0 program was created to help you gain the knowledge and support you need to succeed in the financial industry on your own terms. We are looking for women who, like the Fearless Girl, want to look at their careers with their heads held high.

Fearless Together 3.0 is not a program for everyone – and that is its true advantage. We are looking for women who are serious about their career development in finance and are ready for an intensive, transformative journey.

• You live in Poland and want to grow within international structures.
• You possess theoretical knowledge or professional experience in the field of finance – e.g., you are finishing your studies in economics or finance, you are currently working in the industry and hitting a „glass ceiling,” or you wish to return to the sector after a break (knowledge will be verified during the application stage).
• You are fluent in English (min. B2+), as the entire program is conducted in this language.
• You want to build your personal brand based on real competencies and a professional network.

Substantive Knowledge:

1. “Empower Your Career in Finance 2026” Course prepared by CFA Society Poland. You will gain the knowledge and tools that form the foundation of working in international institutions. The scope includes:
   • Financial Markets & Financial Risk Management
   • Financial Statement Analysis
   • Financial Instruments
   • M&A and Valuation Techniques
   • Alternative Investments
   • Excel – Intermediate Level
2. Additional Training led by experts from State Street Investment Management providing practical knowledge for daily work in areas such as: 
   • Financial Markets & Instruments
   • Macroeconomic Aspects of Financial Markets
   • Fixed Income Securities
   • Portfolio Management
   • Risk Management
   • Computational Methods in Finance & Empirical Finance

Personal Development and Mentoring:

1. Min. 6 hours of Individual Mentoring: Receive support from a mentor at State Street Investment Management or State Street Bank who will help you map your own career path.
2. Gallup Test: Discover your strengths through a professional CliftonStrengths™ assessment, and participate in a webinar on how to turn your talents into professional success.
3. “Dare to Be Yourself” Online Course: Improve professional self-confidence.

Career Building Tools and Networking:

1. Online Career Workshops: Understand how to craft a CV and other application documents that catch a recruiter’s eye, and learn how to prepare for interviews.
2. Online LinkedIn Workshop: Master the principles of personal brand-building.
3. Meetings at the State Street Office in Kraków (May 28 and Oct 22): Attend two mandatory on-site meetings where you will experience the work environment from the „inside” and build relationships with industry leaders and other participants.
4. Private Facebook Group: Exchange experiences with other project participants in a supportive atmosphere.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions:

How long does the program last?

The progam is scheduled to start on May 28, 2026, in Kraków, and the official closing will take place on October 22, 2026. Training and mentoring sessions will be held between June and October 2026.

Is the program conducted online?

The program includes two on-site meetings in Kraków: the launch event on May 28 and the closing ceremony on October 22. The the CFA course, workshops, and mentoring  will be conducted online.

NOTE! Attendance at the on-site meetings is mandatory and is a condition for participating in the project.

Can I participate if I am working?

Yes. However, please remember that online meetings will take place during the day, and the “Empower Your Career in Finance 2026” course will be held on selected Saturdays and/or Sundays, lasting 8 hours each time. Attendance is mandatory.

Is there a fee to participate?

No. Participation is free of charge thanks to the support of the State Street Foundation.

Do I need to be in a specific age group or have a specific nationality to participate?

No, the project is open to Polish women and women of other nationalities living in Poland. We do not set any age criteria.

Do I need access to a computer?

Apart from the two on-site meetings, all other activities will take place online. It is most convenient to participate via a computer. If that is not possible, please ensure you have another device with a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a camera (e.g., a tablet or smartphone).

Can I apply if my English is not at a B2+ level?

All training sessions will be conducted in English, so a strong command of the language is a prerequisite for participation. B2+ is the minimum required level.
