Fearless Together 3.0

Empower Your Career in Finance 2026

A development program for women who want to advance their careers in the investment finance and capital markets industry.

§ 1 General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for admission to and participation in the “Fearless Together 3.0 Empower Your Career in Finance 2026” program (hereinafter referred to as “Fearless Together 3.0,” “Project,” or “Program”), including detailed rules for the recruitment process of Participants who intend to enhance their professional qualifications in the field of investment finance and capital markets analysis.
  2. The “Fearless Together 3.0” Project is organized by the Mamo Pracuj Foundation (hereinafter the “Foundation” or “Organizer”) in cooperation with partners: State Street Investment Management (hereinafter “SSIM”) and CFA Society Poland (hereinafter“CFA”), with financial support from the State Street Foundation.
  3. The recruitment of candidates for the project is conducted by the Foundation in cooperation with SSIM, which supports the recruitment process and the program’s promotional activities.
  4. The project (including promotional and informational activities, recruitment, the finance course, and meetings/workshops) will be conducted in English.
  5. The Organizer provides Participants with free participation in the entire Program, including access to the course, workshops, training materials, and mentoring support.
  6. The goal of the Program is to support 20 participants in their professional development in the field of investment finance and capital markets. The Program combines a dedicated substantive course, online workshops, and in-person meetings led by industry specialists, independent study, and the development of soft skills. The program is complemented by a Gallup test with a discussion of the results in small groups, which allows participants to better understand their potential and boost their self-confidence in a professional context.
  7. The project will run from May to October 2026.

§ 2 Scope of Support

  1. As part of the Program, each Participant is guaranteed access to comprehensive support and is required to actively participate in all its components, which include
    • 2 in-person sessions in Kraków: the opening session on May 28, 2026, and the closing session on October 22, 2026;
    • Participation in the online course on investment finance and capital market analysis, “Empower Your Career in Finance 2026,” prepared by the CFA Institute;
    • Participation in training sessions on investment finance and capital market analysis led by SSIM specialists,
    • Two online group workshops supporting career path development and professional growth
    • Completion of the Gallup Test and discussion of the results in the form of a small-group online workshop,
    • A closed, project-based Facebook group.
  2. As part of the Program, each Participant may additionally receive:
    • Mentoring support from an SSIM or State Street Bank Polska mentor (approximately 6 hours),
    • Access to the “Odważ się na siebie!” Foundation’s online course,
    • The program lasts 5 months and includes both class participation, independent work and homework assignments.
  3. Topics covered as part of:

    • Financial training courses conducted by SSIM*:
      • Financial Markets & Instruments
      • Macroeconomic Aspects of Financial Markets
      • Fixed-Income Securities
      • Portfolio Management
      • Risk Management
      • Computational Methods in Finance & Empirical Finance
  4. An important part of the program is building a community that will support one another during and after the project.
  5. The project will offer four types of activities:
    • classes online in part the “Empower Your Career in Finance 2026” organized by CFA and SSIM
    • online group meetings (Zoom or other platforms),
    • in-person meetings—opening and closing the program,
    • individual work.
  6. Participation in the above forms of support will contribute to increased competitiveness in the labor market and improved employment prospects in the field of investment finance. Through the planned activities, participants’ competencies and specialized knowledge in investment finance and capital markets will be strengthened.
  7. Program participants will also be able to gain knowledge about the labor market and effective job search strategies, as well as develop soft skills under the guidance of industry specialists.
  8. The project will run from May 28, 2026, to October 22, 2026.

§ 3 Eligibility Criteria for the Project

  1. The project is aimed at Polish citizens or a citizen of another country residing in Poland who have professional experience in the financial sector (having completed studies in finance or economics) or who are currently studying (in their final years of study, graduating in 2026 or 2027) in fields related to finance (finance, economics).
  2. Women who meet the following criteria may participate in the project:
    • wish to expand their knowledge of investment finance and capital markets and already have some foundational knowledge,
    • commit to attending in-person meetings in Kraków on May 28, 2026, and October 22, 2026,
    • are ready to commit to the project and participate in the “Empower Your Career in Finance 2026” course from May to October 2026—meetings will take place on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for up to 8 hours per day—and work individually on homework assignments,
    • are able to communicate effectively in English at a minimum B2 level,
    • are highly motivated and self-disciplined,
    • see their professional future in the international banking and finance sector and corporate,
    • have the technical capability to participate in online meetings.
  3. The program is not open to individuals employed by or in any way professionally affiliated with the entities implementing or funding the program, namely: the Mamo Pracuj Foundation, the State Street Foundation, State Street Investment Management, CFA Society Poland, and State Street Bank International GmbH (all branches in Poland and abroad) and their affiliates, as well as their spouses, life partners, and relatives (parents, children). Please note that individuals on maternity, parental, or childcare leave are considered formally employed.
  4. In this project, we adhere to the principles of equal opportunity and non-discrimination. Admission to the project is determined by the criteria set forth in these regulations, regardless of ethnic origin, race, religion or worldview, age, sexual orientation, or disability. Throughout the entire recruitment process, we take care to avoid language and any other elements that are discriminatory or perpetuate stereotypes. The aim of these measures is to enable all individuals to participate fairly and fully in all forms of support within the project and to guarantee potential project participants the opportunity to choose their life path without limitations resulting from stereotypes.

§ 4 Recruitment Process

  1. Recruitment consists of the following stages: 1) completing the recruitment form, 2) a knowledge test administered via a separate online tool (the test is available for a limited time after launch), and then 3) an online interview, which may be conducted partially or entirely in English.
  2. The recruitment form is attached as Appendix 1 to these Regulations. Submission of the recruitment form constitutes acceptance of these Regulations and a commitment to comply with their provisions.
  3. The interview stage will be available to selected candidates after the applications have been reviewed and will consist of an online interview with a representative of the Foundation / SSIM.
  4. Application forms will be accepted from April 17, 2026, to May 10, 2026, until 11:59:00 PM. The Foundation reserves the right to change the application period, in particular to shorten or extend it, as well as to close the application process early if the number of applications exceeds 300% of available spots. Any such changes will be published on the Mamo Pracuj website and across the Foundation’s social media channels.
  5. Interviews may take place from April 20, 2026, to May 15, 2026. Participants will be notified of their acceptance into the project by May 19, 2026.
  6. Application forms submitted after the application period will not be considered in the selection process.
  7. If the number of applications exceeds the number of available spots, participation in the project will be determined by the following criteria:
    • completeness and accuracy of the completed application (including the test),
    • meeting the criteria for the primary target group,
    • assessment of commitment and motivation to participate in the entire Project,
    • alignment of the program with the applicant’s expectations,
    • assessment of the applicant’s development potential within the framework of the Program,
    • the outcome of the interview,
    • level of proficiency in English and knowledge of finance-related topics.
  8. The Foundation reserves the right to make the final selection of Participants, and no appeals against this decision will be accepted.
  9. The Foundation reserves the right to conduct interviews only with selected candidates.
  10. Once all stages of the recruitment process are complete, a final list of participants will be created. Individuals who have met all requirements and successfully passed the interview but were not selected for the project due to a lack of available spots will be placed on a waiting list and will have priority to join the group of participants in the event that any of the selected individuals withdraw.
  11. The Participant will be notified of her qualification for the project via email and/or phone.
  12. A spot in the project is forfeited if the Participant does not respond within 3 calendar days to either of the two attempts to contact her (via email and phone) made by the Foundation, as mentioned in point 12.
  13. Electronic participation agreements (via ePUAP or Autenti) will be signed with those selected for the project. The agreement constitutes Appendix 2 to these regulations.
  14. Electronic signing of the agreement is a condition for participation in the program.

§ 5 Participants’ Obligations

  1. Participants commit to actively, regularly, and punctually participating in workshops, online and in-person meetings, and courses, as well as in program evaluations, and to completing individual work between meetings.
  2. A prerequisite for completing the project and receiving a certificate of participation is a sufficiently high attendance rate: at least 80% attendance at online classes (webinars + Gallup workshop) and 90% attendance at classes within the “Empower Your Career in Finance 2026” CFA and SSIM sections, as well as attendance at both in-person meetings (May 28, 2026, and October 22, 2026).
  3. Attendance will be verified by the instructors, and attendance information will be forwarded to the Foundation.
  4. Participants are required to confirm their attendance each time on the attendance list (electronic and paper lists, depending on the type of meeting). For online meetings, participants are required to participate with their cameras turned on.
  5. Participants are required to complete evaluation surveys and tests related to the implementation of the project (following workshops and online meetings) and the monitoring of its subsequent results. Surveys are anonymous and will be distributed electronically.
  6. Participants are required to actively correspond via email with the Foundation regarding matters related to the program, deadlines, workshops, etc., as well as to promptly report any events that may disrupt or prevent further participation in the program.
  7. In the event of a Participant’s violation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the concluded agreement, an unexcused absence exceeding 20% of online classes and meetings or 10% of the investment finance course hours (CFA and SSIM sections), failure to complete the course program, or lack of contact from the Participant, the Foundation reserves the right to charge the Participant for costs incurred in connection with her participation in the project, including demanding full reimbursement in the amount of 6,750 PLN. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is tantamount to the Participant’s acceptance of the above conditions.
  8. Participants who have been selected for the project but, due to unforeseen circumstances, will be unable to participate, are required to notify the Foundation of this by phone or email at least 3 calendar days before the start of the project.
  9. The Organizer allows for the excusal of a Participant’s absence due to illness or significant unforeseen circumstances. Such excusal requires notification by phone or email prior to the workshops, meetings, and consultations. If the Participant fails to provide a reason for her absence, the absence will be considered unexcused.

§ 6 Obligations of the Organizer

  1. The Organizer provides Participants with free participation in the entire program.
  2. The Organizer provides additional materials in electronic form.
  3. The Organizer is obligated to make every effort to organize the project at the highest possible level in terms of content and logistics.
  4. The Organizer is obligated to inform Participants of any organizational changes affecting the course of the project.
  5. The Organizer may cover the travel expenses of participants from outside Kraków for the opening and closing meetings of the program up to a total of 300 PLN gross per participant for both meetings, based on a reimbursement request. A template for the request will be provided by the Organizer during the project implementation phase. In all other cases, participants cover their own travel expenses.

§ 7 Venue and dates of workshops and meetings

  1. The “Empower Your Career in Finance 2026” online course, organized by the CFA Institute, will take place on Saturdays and Sundays from May through October (inclusive). SSIM financial training sessions and online thematic workshops will be held on dates set by the organizers.
  2. Online sessions will take place via Zoom or other platforms at scheduled times, allowing all participants to interact with the instructor.
  3. In-person meetings will take place on May 28, 2026 (kickoff) and October 22, 2026 (closing) in Kraków. Exact times will be confirmed at a later date, but the duration of each meeting will not exceed 8 hours.

§8 Contact Persons

§9 Processing of personal data

  1. In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR”), we hereby inform you that:
  2. The controller of the project participant’s personal data is the Mamo Pracuj Foundation, ul. Zamknięta 10/lok 1.5, Kraków (hereinafter: “Controller”)
  3. The Controller is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer, but for all matters related to personal data, please contact the Data Protection Officer via email: [email protected]
  4. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the contract concluded with the Controller (participation in the Fearless Together 3.0 project), on pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
  5. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition for the conclusion and performance of the contract. Failure to provide personal data will result in the Controller’s inability to fulfill its obligations under the Contract.
  6. Your personal will will shared with: companies cooperating with the Controller in connection with activities related to the performance of the contract you have entered into with the Controller, i.e., training providers (SSIM, CFA, etc.).
  7. Your personal data may be disclosed to: public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes required by generally applicable law.
  8. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract, the period required by applicable law (e.g., the Accounting Act), the period necessary to pursue claims arising from the contract, and the period during which documents are retained for archival purposes.
  9. You have the right to: access and rectify your data, as well as the right to erasure, restriction of processing, data portability , and the right to object to processing – in the cases and under the conditions specified in the General Data Protection Regulation.
  10. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  11. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  1. A condition of participation in the Fearless Together 3.0 project is consent to the recording and dissemination of the Participant’s image. Consent is given by signing the participation agreement referred to in §4, point 14.
  2. Photographs and videos will be taken during in-person meetings. During online workshops, documentation may be created in the form of screenshots featuring the Participants’ likeness.
  3. Photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the events may be used on websites, in press releases, promotional materials, and on social media by the Organizer, SSIM, CFA, and their affiliated companies, exclusively in the context of the Fearless Together 3.0 project. Consent is granted free of charge and for an indefinite period (irrevocably).
  4. A participant who does not consent to the recording of her image is required to inform the Organizer of this fact before signing the participation agreement. In such a case, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to the program

§ 11 Final Provisions

  1. In the event a a dispute regarding regarding the implementation provisions these Rules, the parties shall endeavor to resolve it amicably.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a Participant from the program in the event of a gross violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Participants will be notified of any changes via email.
