Security Solution Engineer

Daily activities

You will be responsible for integration and verification of 3rd party solutions in the networking, security and cloud technologies area. Your scope of work will include daily cooperation with Product and Program Management, as well as 3rdr party vendors.

We work with

• network administration, firewall configuration, setting VPN, system hardening
• public key infrastructure
• virtualization and related solutions (i.e. VMware ESXi, KVM Hypervisor), cloud computing (i.e. Openstack, VCloud), SDN and Service Chaining implementations, cloud service Orchestration & Management, Security services for Telco Cloud environment
• procedures preparation for installation and maintainance, performance evaluation, quality verification of DDoS Solution (Radware), DNS from Infoblox, PaloAlto and Nokia 7750 FW, vFW from Nokia, Certificate Manager
• Linux and cloud integration of above security solutions

Our expectations

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education
• good knowledge of TCP/IP/SCTP, network and server’s security aspects, Openstack
• experience in implementing standard COTS infrastructure and Operating Systems (e.g. HP Blade Centers, Linux)
• Python and Security Certification (CCNA Security, CCNP, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIP-SEC) are an advantage
• good communication in English (both written and spoken)
• ready to relocate to Wroclaw, living in or nearby
