Your field of responsibility

Within this role you will be part of Service Management Team dedicated for central vulnerability and secure configuration management services at a global scale. You will work closely with other teams (especially engineers, service management etc.) to implement metrics for vulnerability and secure configuration management services.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Perform vulnerability scanning to discover and analyze vulnerabilities and characterize risks to networks, OS, application, databases etc. (to meet scan coverage targets)
• Stakeholder engagement to recommend appropriate remedial actions to mitigate risks and validate remedial actions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform vulnerability management system administration functions, as required
• Maintain proficiency in vulnerability management best-practices
• Onboarding new attack surface to vulnerability scanning process
• Documentation management and continuous service improvement

Your skills and experience

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years relevant experience and background in IT operations and security. Hands on experience specific to vulnerability management and networking in an enterprise environment would be preferable in addition to:

Must Have:

• 5-10 years proven and relevant experience
• Degree in related discipline or qualified by experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
• Team-player with ability to collaborate effectively with the team and aptitude for self-development
• Should Have:
• Experience using commercial vulnerability scanning solutions such as Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable etc.
• Proven expertise with administration of networks, windows and or Linux operating systems
• An understanding of IT Security Risk, attack vector
• Knowledge about Web Application Scanning, Fugue, Container Scanning,
• Understanding of web application attacks, in depth knowledge of OWASP to 10, hands on experience with burp suite and similar tools.
• Experience with Kali Linux other penetration testing tools and concepts
• Nice To Have:
• Programming / Scripting experience with SQL, Python, Bash, PowerShell, RestAPIs, SALT
