Your field of responsibility:

Automation Center team in Wroclaw and Pune supports efficiency gains across functions through data management and automations based on technologies like C#, Python, React JS, VBA, RPA, Machine Learning, NLP and JavaScript.

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join the Automation Center team in Wroclaw. In the role of Automation Center Programmer, your main responsibility will be preparing tools and solutions in close collaboration with other team members and international clients.

Our intention is to expand the team with an experienced professional, with proficiency in VBA and MS Access who will support our clients in designing complex solutions with attractive visual appeal.

  • Preparing advanced reports in MS Excel, VBA and MS Access.
  • Creation and development of software based on MS Excel, VBA and MS Access.
  • Analysis of technical documentation.
  • Support in the software testing process.
  • Provide creative advice and support to Credit Suisse employees related to developed tools.
  • Uphold good customer service and workflow standards at all times.
  • Workflow planning and tracking deadlines, timely project delivery.

Your skills and experience:

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a professional environment – preferably technical/IT background with strong customer service focus.
  • Advanced VBA programming skills in MS Office (MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word)
    Knowledge of HTML, XML and SQL is an advantage.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication with fluency in English.
  • Service and quality orientation.
  • Self-starting, proactive, flexible approach.
  • Stakeholder management experience is required to effectively gather the requirements and manage the delivery of business outcomes.
  • An open-minded team-player with the ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Effectively combine a structured, independent acting with results-oriented approach and a quick comprehension on complex situations.
  • A dedicated problem solver and you are happy to take initiative to improve.
  • Analyse and design technical solutions and advise on use of the appropriate technology.
  • Be able to provide creative advice and support to Credit Suisse employees.
  • Strongly focus on upholding good customer service skills at all times and adhere to workflow standards.
  • Track and ensure deadline that are going to be met.
  • Make decisions in regards to the operational jobs in coordination with supervisor if necessary.
