The role requires expertise on User Experience area to be done in Analytics space. The team is responsible for creating Analytics tools on trade related details across the Bank thus collaborating with business and coordination across distributes teams will be necessary. The tech stack involves big data as a data source hence defining the User journey through the analytics is a key part of the Business Adoption journey for our end-users. The role would require expertise on Balsamiq, Figma and other UI/UX tools. It is especially important that the person has powerful presentation skills and is motivated and always looking out for opportunities to influence the end-user automate work. The person should be open and flexible enough to learn and explore anything new.
We are the Analytics department in Group Operations Solutions department within Group IT. We follow pure Scrum practices where the team works through Sprints and Releases guided by the Scrum Master. We are very open to innovation and new ideas and always think about delivering the work in the most efficient way.
