Job Description

• Tool cost calculation for plastic, rubber, stamping and aluminum die casting parts and negotiation with suppliers
• Assessment of tool concepts and tool makers
• Definition and implementation of an optimized (cost, technology) tool sourcing strategy
• Collaboration with product development for a tool optimized (cost, technology) design

Qualifications

• University degree in mechanical engineering (or similar) or tool maker apprenticeship with experience in at least one of the described tool areas
• Experience in tool cost calculation
• Initiative and team worker
• Controlling aptitude. Very good operational English skills (oral & written).
• Flexibility for travel, also international
• Experience in similar position at least 3 years
