Your field of responsibility

Join us as Test Automation Developer who support the development of the risk management system and is responsible for the established quality assurance procedures.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Helping with the testing strategy implementation within department
• Planning, designing, execution and reporting tests
• Generation of test data, test cases, assuring bug tracking and establishing test analysis and reports
• Implementation of automated tests
• Interaction with requirements engineers, project managers, and business experts
• Helping with capturing, reviewing, analysing and decomposing business requirements
• Planning system integration testing according to defined acceptance criteria
• Participation in prioritization and packaging of scope
• Solution supports business needs and strategy according to agreed priorities

Your future colleagues

The role is within the global organization called IWM SD&E (Solution Design & Engineering department of International Wealth Management division). The direct team is located in Wroclaw and provides services within Investment Strategy & Risk department managed from Zurich. The team builds, deploys and manage solutions of the areas: Risk Calculation, Trade Recommendation, Asset Allocation and Integration. There is a wide area of tasks and responsibilities from requirements and budget gathering with partners to the implementation of product requirements and the collaboration with production support. Your skills and experience

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years software testing or programming experience
• Test Automation skills
• Back End testing experience
• SoapUI (or equivalent tool) experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• SQL proficiency
• Excellent relationship/stakeholder management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Effective planning and organization skills
• Flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities or circumstances
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Understanding of testing theory and test management theory

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Experience in planning, leading, organizing and controlling testing efforts
• Understanding the Agile (SCRUM) Methodology
• Experience as requirements engineer in software development projects, preferably in an agile project
• SQL Server experience
• Programming experience in Java
• Testing tools and technologies (like Selenide/Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Allure, BDD / Specflow)
• Continuous Integration experience (process and tools – preferably Jenkins)
• Jira and Quality Center experience
• ISTQB or similar certification will be a plus
