As a Technical Lead Manager, you will build, nurture, and grow an empowered, diverse team of engineers. You will work in close collaboration with the other teams/functions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to drive the engineering/technology roadmap for Cloud Domain and Domain Name System (DNS). You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the product life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a talented team of three to five engineers, in our Warsaw site.
• Build and grow an empowered, diverse team of engineers, providing technical direction and guidance.
• Work in close collaboration with the Team Lead, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), and the Program Manager, and other teams/functions in GCP to drive the engineering/technology roadmap for Cloud Domain and DNS.
• Engage in customer discussions in collaboration with Program Managers, to address escalations or understand needs and map them to technical implementation/solution/product improvements.
• Manage all aspects of the product life cycle, from concept, requirements, design, implementation to launch.
