Your field of responsibility

The Client Management Data Model is a sophisticated representation of the Client taking into account all necessary business and regulatory needs. The availability of this data enables all Business processes. An outstanding opportunity to join us as Tech Lead for the Client Management Data Value Stream, you act as both solution and technical leader with impact on how we design and enhance our Client Management data platform. You will be responsible for the solution architecture and act as a key advisor to the Product Owner. In collaboration with your Agile team and aligned with the Product Owner, you will lead and be responsible for the solution delivery. As an ambassador of Agile and DevOps principles you also drive the continuous transformation of the workflow platform, working with best-in-class technologies and leveraging cloud and container solutions.

Core areas of Responsibility:

  • Technical Leadership: Providing Architectural and Design direction for the Client Management Data Platform, driving concepts such as Data as a Service. Guiding and mentoring the Agile team. Driving and developing the DevSecOps and Automation roadmap.
  • Solution Delivery: As the Tech Lead for the Data team you will be the single point of contact for project delivery ensuring an end-to-end visibility on team delivery and successes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: As the first point of contact, you will work proactively with the Product Owner and business partners, providing them with expert advice and solutions.

The International Wealth Management division serves private and institutional clients domiciled in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa, and includes the global Asset Management franchise. EMEA and Regulatory IT teams work for all business operating in EMEA in alignment with country priorities. Your skills and experience

As the Technical Lead for the Client Management Data Team, you’ll be a good match if you have:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in a role demonstrating excellence in the design and development of high-quality architectural solutions covering data modelling, persistence and distribution
  • Proven work experience with API design, DevOps Pipelines, Containerization and Cloud infrastructure
  • Detailed understanding of data integration and transformation patterns
  • Experience with a variety of database technologies
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Being able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical business partners and build agreements
  • Experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management processes would be preferable
