We need Team Manager in Technology Center who has:

• Proven track record in Team Management: building engaged and high performing technical teams.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including organization development, coaching and mentoring.
• Technology visionary/leader with a strong understanding of enterprise solutions like SAP, BI or Integration platforms.
• Innovative thinker that shows managerial courage to challenge the status quo to identify, generate and implement new ideas.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics, and alignment with Roche values.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior level management and key stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Salary range: 16 000-21 000 PLN gross;
