Local Unit & Position Description:
The Global Centre HR will deliver high quality HR services to all of our European countries.Services are delivered in close collaboration with the network of GSS HR Regional Centres across Europe and our Centres of Competence, together developing the Global Shared Service HR function for DNV GL.
We are seeking for Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our Global Centre HR, who will report to the Head of Section HR Recruitment . This is a new position based in Gdynia, Poland.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for supporting building recruitment and sourcing strategies for key Business Areas and leading recruitment processes across Europe.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is accountable and responsible for executing of strategic and operational recruitment and staffing plans for DNV GL Europe, in close cooperation with GSS HR and BA HR for a dedicated business area.
By identifying the key talent acquisition needs for business area, the position supports GSS GC strategy in alignment with GSS global strategic directions. The role will make sure that all recruitment activities are in line with company, business area and HR strategy.
He/she develops the recruitment/staffing people plans to support the continuous development of core competencies.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is part of the GSS Global Centre HR Team. He/she will work closely with GSS Regional Managers, GSS HR Advisors, BA HR Managers, BA HR Directors and line managers in dedicated business area.
Recruitment is recognised as a professional discipline in DNV GL and delivered as a standardised process by Global Shared Services. Recruiters are trusted advisors to the business and expected to take the lead in creating, managing and driving all recruitment processes together with the hiring managers and be assertive and highly adaptable.

Working closely with GSS HR / BA HR and hiring managers and managing the relationships with our recruitment preferred suppliers and other external organizations;
Use all, relevant recruitment tools to provide best in class candidates for DNV GL company;
Working closely with senior management to ensure that headcount targets are met;
Working towards business plans, enabling the ongoing recruitment and retention of candidates;
Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidates is generated in order to satisfy planned and opportunistic business growth;
Focus on quality, timely delivery of recruitment service for dedicated business area;
Drive hiring in an end-to-end process and engage with our candidates and managers on all hiring related topics;
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across HR and leadership teams as it relates to talent sourcing and executive recruitment;
Challenge the status quo and myths with stakeholder populations to get better solutions and business outcomes;
Develop pro-active external talent approaches that are effective and efficient;
Develop and execute best in class sourcing strategies to meet business needs;
Influence and seek continuous improvement on both global and local processes;
Share external market insights across HR society to deliver better outcomes;
Develop strategy to drive business goals for talent acquisitions around quality of hire, cost per hire, direct sourcing, time to fill, employer of choice brand;
Build talent pipeline activity plan, using local resource and networks, identify opportunities to enhance succession pipeline;
Reporting of specific HR related KPIs and providing recommendations where appropriate;
Ensures ongoing compliance of all recruitment process in dedicated business area.
