TA Operations Representative with French

Miejsce pracy: Poznań

TA Operations Representative is responsible for day-to-day Transaction Processing and reporting operations in assigned team. Ensuring all transaction processing and reporting functions are carried out in accordance with applicable GSS Operations CAN policies, procedures & governing regulations.

Moreover s/he will ensure all transaction processing and reporting functions are completed in accordance with productivity and quality standards set by the GSS Operations CAN. Producing and submitting accurate and timely operational reports and other data as required.

We are looking for candidates who:

Education:

• University Degree or equivalent.
• Computer literate with experience working in a Windows environment – proficient in the use of MS Office products.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Good written and verbal communication skills, persistence and tact.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team in a global/international environment.
• Very good command of the English language both written and spoken
• Well-developed French language skills is a plus.
• Strong attention to details.
• Self-reliance and self-discipline at work.
• The ability to follow instructions and adhere to schedules.
• The ability to prioritize the workload and meet deadlines.
• Ready to work from 1.00 to 10.00 p.m.
