TA Operations Representative with French

We are looking for people to join our Global Shareholder Services Operations Canada.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day Transaction Processing and reporting operations in assigned team
• Ensuring all transaction processing and reporting functions are carried out in accordance with applicable TA policies, procedures & governing regulations
• Ensuring all transaction processing and reporting functions are completed in accordance with productivity and quality standards set by the Canada TA
• Producing and submitting accurate and timely operational reports and other data as require

We are looking for candidates who:
Education:

• University Degree or equivalent.
• Computer literate with experience working in a Windows environment – proficient in the use of MS Office products.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Good written and verbal communication skills, persistence and tact.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team in a global/international environment.
• Good command of the English language both written and spoken
• Well-developed written French language skills are preferred
• Strong attention to details.
• Self-reliance and self-discipline at work.
• The ability to follow instructions and adhere to schedules.
• The ability to prioritize the workload and meet deadlines.
• Ready to work from 1.00 to 10.00 p.m.
