TA Operations Representative

TA Operations Representative is responsible for day-to-day transaction processing and reporting in accordance with applicable GSS Operations US policies, procedures, governing regulations, and productivity/quality standards set by the department.

We are looking for candidates who:

• University Degree or equivalent.
• Computer literate with experience working in a Windows environment – proficient in the use of MS Office products.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, persistence and tact.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team in a global/international environment.
• Well-developed verbal and written English language skills.
• Strong attention to details.
• Self-reliance and self-discipline at work.
• The ability to follow instructions and adhere to schedules.
• The ability to prioritize the workload and meet deadlines.
• Ready to work from 1.00 to 10.00 p.m.
• French considered a plus.
