TA Client Executive (with German language)

Miejsce pracy: Poznań

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

Client Dealer Services team is responsible for daily interactions with our external clients and business partners concerning their operational and procedural queries.
The team is supporting funds distribution in European markets also with regards to projects and provides an overview of local procedures and processes.
Aside contact with the clients and external business partners you will also interact with various internal teams including Sales, Legal and Compliance.

Daily tasks:

• Ensuring the highest level of service through e-mail and phone to internal and external clients.
• Supporting distribution of FTI funds by participating in projects, creating and overseeing the processes and procedures.
• Providing direct support to the clients and business partners with regards to their operational queries and business initiatives.
• Identifying and supporting implementation of various improvement initiatives.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Is fluent in German, English and Polish
• Educational background or equivalent qualifications
• Has strong interpersonal skills, as well as diplomacy and tact
• Has relevant client service skills
• Has strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
