Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python and Shell).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in building/running monitoring pipelines and monitoring/debugging infrastructure issues.
• Experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) and data backup strategies.
• Experience working in an enterprise computing environment and addressing the needs of enterprise customers.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other similar cloud technologies.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking (e.g., DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience in Linux/Unix and basic systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Understand various aspects of the service, and the features and workloads that it supports.
• Work on specific projects in one of the several important areas like monitoring, integration testing, storage, networking, production support, etc.
• Lead and deliver projects across various teams and external vendors, including gathering the requirements, architecting solutions, design, implementation, and test plans.
• Contribute to scaling the product, both in terms of processes and support software stack.
