Franklin Templeton Project Associates contribute to all or specific phases of the project lifecycle primarily under the direction of a more senior Project Manager. May serve as the single point of accountability to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of project phases or assigned projects of limited scope to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished with high quality, within established time frames and budget, and meet customer and/or business needs.
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced project and team manager to take on an 18-month assignment leading a 12-person team at a trusted, international Fortune 500 firm. This assignment is a valuable opportunity to build your CV with experience managing a global team.
In this role, you will be responsible for project scheduling and resource planning within Franklin Templeton’s in-house creative agency. Our in-house agency is a team of more than fifty working in multiple locations in the US, Poland, and Malaysia. Together we deliver print, digital and video pieces for a broad range of advertising, collateral, promotional campaigns and event needs.
You will manage a team that includes full-time employees and freelancers in San Mateo, Poznan, and Kuala Lumpur: Regional Account Planners, Traffic Specialists, Proofreaders, and a Digital Asset Specialist. You will work closely with internal business partners and external vendors. As part of the Creative Services leadership team, you will report to the Director-Global Creative Services in the US.

You are organized and can plan and prioritize work across locations and time zones, ensuring our team runs efficiently and meets deliverables. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have demonstrated an ability to work effectively with global colleagues. You can build and foster relationships across multiple teams. You recognize who the subject matter experts are and how to engage them as needed. You thrive on process improvement and can identify and raise insights to do so. You have experience with dashboards to measure and report performance and accomplishments.
