The Global Delivery (GD) division encompasses all operational functions across the globe that deliver our core products and services. The Strategy Analyst, AVP will be an integral part of the GD Strategy organization. The incumbent will deliver strategic and economic guidance and insights to the business, key objectives of the team and incumbent will help to drive areas of focus including Demand Management, Productivity, Strategic planning, Financial Economics and Governance as well as Development of Fact-Based financial and forward looking models, Strategic Initiative assessment and impact as well as cost model development.

What you will be responsible for:

As Strategy Analyst, AVP you will:

• Develop sustainable data management methodology and approach, data capture, cleansing, reporting
• Integral in developing a quantitative model to measure and track Global Delivery Demand Management by product, region and client segment for use in performance reporting and strategic planning.
• Systematically link the model with key metrics (e.g., straight-through processing rates and fund or transaction complexity) and pricing to explain changes in productivity.
• Develop a reporting tool set to link the model, metrics and programs for business management engagement.
• Support governance processes for reviewing productivity results and proposed programs
• Partner with Senior Executives in the execution of the aforementioned deliverables.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of related strategy and program management experience
