Daily activities

Leading team of engineers working on driver development in C/C++. Competency development, effort estimation and project planning. Cooperation with international teams.

We work with:

• C/C++
• FPGA and ASIC
• 4 and 5G telecommunication standards

Our expectations:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in Telco or IT business
• 1+ years of experience in management
• experience in leading 15+ size team will be an advantage
• proven strong leadership skills
• understanding of hardware and software development life cycle
• familiarity with quality assurance tools and technics
• excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• strong result orientation
• creativity in problem solving
• proactiveness
• decision making skills
• ability to efficiently acquire and share information
• excellent networking and communication skills in multicultural environment
• good communication in English (both written and spoken)
