Job Description
Tasks:

• You are part of a cross-functional solution team in the Central IT of the Robert Bosch Group
• You are accountable for plan, build, deploy, run and phase-out of the PIM Solution as well orchestrates responsible roles
• You manage the technical customer requirements, including input for IT Products/Services development of the standard PIM Software
• You take over responsibility and coordinate all technical development of the IT Product/Solution incl. Releases
• You manage the dependencies and integration of the IT solution and you take over accountability for interfaces as well the correct documentation
• You analyse and communicate KPIs (incl. service level targets for Solution and affiliated
• Products/Services, customer satisfaction and benchmarking)
• You manage the contracting of dedicated and extended team members
• You document specifications and support the creation of operational support manuals during the technical implementation

Qualifications
Profile:

• 5+ years design/implementation/consulting experience with complex IT Systems
• 3+ years experiences in working actively in a customer relationship
• Strong leadership skills, ability to lead functionally and motivate Solution team
• Ability to combine technical and business view
• Good understanding of relevant IT products/services as well as customer environments
• Deep understanding of how the IT supports customer processes
• Problem-solving skills (analysis, options, driving decisions)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Expert knowledge in PIM or similar development
