You are a software engineer through-and-through, by passion and by heart. When you see bad code, it hurts. You want to make the world – and all its code – better, and you’re dedicated to getting it right the first time. Simply because you don’t like doing something twice. You automate your work and enjoy writing new features from scratch, but you’re also okay with doing some heavy lifting, too. You don’t cling to only one programming language yet choose the right one for a given problem. Design patterns are prioritized over language-specific features. You’re ready to grow, and know your career has no limits.

This team is a newly formed group of Software Engineers. We are focusing on maintaining and adding new features and functionalities to Cisco CX Cloud solution. The team is local to Krakow, Poland and work on new project on AWS, with Java Spring Boot, K8s and Elastic Search.
The team’s management style is pragmatic and passionate about finding solutions. There is trust for the team and freedom in taking technical direction. We share a high level of engagement and ownership and are proud of the work we do and how we perform together.
