Your Role and Responsibilities

Currently, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer who will support our clients regarding ITSM tools. As a professional in this role, you will have a chance to create tailor-made solutions and be a part of growing ServiceNow services in Kyndryl.

Your main tasks will include

• Providing daily support of the ServiceNow platform, including script development, configuration, integrations, and administration
• Performing appropriate QA activities such as unit and system testing
• Determination of scope, estimation of work effort, and determination of duration of development activities
• Designing solutions to meet business requirements
• Creation and maintenance of API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services
• Customization and configuration of ServiceNow applications and facilitation of the rollout of new applications and modules
• Creation of customized Service Catalog workflows

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Previous experience as ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with the implementation, operations, and management of ServiceNow
• Experience in JavaScript
• Ability to communicate clearly in English

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Certification in ServiceNow area would be an asset
