Your field of responsibility
Service Transformation Specialist role in Identity and Access Management organization. IAM Teams ensure Bank’s security in relation to employee’s accesses managed by internal (in-house developed) platforms. Main tasks and projects focus on governance over the platform’s stability and security. We work in diverse, dynamic team and care about the following aspects in our daily work:
- Adherence to Bank’s IT Strategy, passionate about security, stability and optimization and reduction of legacy footprint.
- Collaboration with Identity and Access Management Support and Operations teams across the globe with diverse knowledge and years of experience in IT Security.
- Participation in project and task oriented work with specified area of responsibility.
- Coordination and participation in heritage systems cleanup projects, focused on applications and share drives, with high visibility to Bank’s senior management
- Participation in Disaster Recovery (business continuity) and coordination of Quarterly Maintenance events.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for an applicant who possess minimum 3 years of professional experience working in IT as with a proven track record of high performance in a service orientated environment.
- Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Good interpersonal skill-set, customer orientation, proactivity, strong self-motivation and work ethic.
- Experience in Identity & Access Management and associated IT Security processes.
- Ability to work independently, with peers and collaborate across teams.
- Results oriented individual with strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Very good knowledge of Active Directory.
- Reporting and analytics experience with MS SQL or Oracle (for creation of new queries or modification of existing ones).
- Understanding of major system communication and file sharing protocols (HTTP, FTP, SMB).
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework or equivalent for IT Service Management.
- Basic scripting skills in at least one from the following: PowerShell, C#, .NET, Bash.
- Basic knowledge on TCP/IP network troubleshooting.
- Experience in DevOps or Application functional testing.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
