An outstanding opportunity to join us as a Service Portfolio Solution Architect in our Service Digitalization team. In this role, you will support the definition and delivery of the Digital Service Portfolio and Strategic Portfolio Management in ServiceNow, along and its integrations. You will also play a key role in the rework and migration of the platform away from its current heavy customization to OOB and Common Service Data Model aligned solutions. In scope for the role will be Service Portfolio, Service Catalog, defining the service dependency view, Demand Management and ITBM, Service Level Management as well as its integrations internal and external.
In this role, you will produce reports for senior management on monthly and quarterly basis. You consolidate and analyze input data from different systems and business areas. You ensure the completeness and accuracy of the reports as well as on-time delivery. You identify weaknesses in controls and processes and have an opportunity to demonstrate your talents by proposing and implementing new solutions. You innovate with various business partners including IT in order to ensure long-term sustainability and compliance.
Solution Digitalization is a globally dispersed team that sits within Enterprise Technology & Solution Architecture. The team collaborates with stakeholders/ business partners across all areas of IT to define and design services and service offerings, create consumption channels for technology offerings, provide the service portal and its mobile version, as well as own and support the service portfolio, service catalog, demand management and project/program management capabilities. All individuals in the team are highly experienced and work collaboratively in an agile approach. Global team calls help to reinforce this team culture.
