Service Manager

Tasks:

• Further develop service design for IT infrastructure services in our global service catalogue
• Consult service owners for implementing changes to service structure
• Identify and align with relevant internal and external services for successful service delivery
• Manage commercial product lifecycle of IT services
• Work with service owners and controlling to ensure proper resource planning, calculation and charging

Profile:

• Bachelor degree in IT area
• Experience in service management for worldwide IT services
• Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• Understanding of commercial structure of IT services and costs
• SAP, MS-Office package, Concepts of Networking (understanding of devices, processes and cost allocation)
• Language: English, advanced level
