The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.
Our Fixed Networks (FN) business group provides an array of “gigabit to the home” solutions to deliver data access to our communication service provider (CSP) customers. This includes Fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) as well as 5G fixed wireless access (FWA), xDSL and cable upgrades. We build solutions that don’t stop at the home but also bring that gigabit experience into the home using our meshed Wi-Fi solution.
One of services which we are providing is Network Build Control Management (NBCM) service that brings the expertise and best practices in managing the roll-out of an FTTx network on behalf of Nokia customers. The NBCM service employs centralized management from a dedicated control management center, known as “Network Build Service Centre (SC)” that is staffed by trained personnel who provide support to field technicians and other parties to ensure the timely completion and acceptance of all necessary tasks. The purpose of this centralized control center is to effectively manage and coordinate the network build on behalf of the operator to achieve an efficient network build.
Fixed Networks Professional Services (FN-PS) Business Unit is looking for Service Delivery Manager for NBCM Service Center team. With this assignment you will be responsible for daily managing SC team, SLA’s and project deliverables, monitoring team performance and constantly improve processes.
A service delivery manager’s role focuses on keeping clients satisfied with the company’s services through managing projects, fixing any reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budget and helping lead the professionals responsible for getting services delivered to clients. A key part of this role is the proactive management and interfacing with Service Center Team.
