Daikin Europe NV serves as sales, development and production headquarter for Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA). Apart from headquarter offices it comprises 8 production plants, 19 sales subsidiaries, 5 sales offices and a is connected with the whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the EMEA region.

We are currently looking for candidates to join our office in Warsaw – Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS), which is a branch of Daikin Europe NV:

Service Administration Specialist

As member of the team you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Sales Orders creation from customers
• Handing quotations related to sales orders
• Assigning mails to correct mailbox (in ticketing system)
• Periodic reports preparation based on company instructions
• Preparing the KPI results on monthly basis
• Support to Supply Team in daily truck loading (TLB) creation and direct deliveries management
• Warranty claims registration and maintenance
• Support in customer sales order follow up if necessary

Our requirements

Experience, education and technical skills
You match our requirements if you have :

• Bachelor degree or at least 2 years of professional experience (as an equivalent)
• SAP skills is a plus
• Good written and verbal command of English (B1)
• Excel basic (advanced Excel knowledge is a plus)
• practical experience in a similar position is a plus
