Based in one of our offices, the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist will develop close working relationships with business managers, Talent Acquisition team members, HR business partners and wider HR colleagues. The Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter will manage all aspects of the recruitment process from validation of headcount approval through to day 1 of employment for the new hire. State Street operates a direct sourcing model which requires the Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter to proactively utilise direct sourcing channels and methods whilst continuously identifying new and innovative sourcing approaches. A key component of the role will be proactively advising the business on acquiring talent and candidate pipelining initiatives.
