(Senior) TA Analyst

GSS Budget Team creates an annual budget for Global Shareholder Services LOB, monitors operating expenses on a monthly basis and explains any budget deviations. In addition, we deal with a comprehensive cost and revenue analysis, supporting the decision-making processes of GSS senior leaders. We actively support the process of cost allocation and product profitability. GSS Budget Team regularly cooperate with other departments such as: Corp accounting, Payroll, Finance Budgeting and Planning.

The job involves a variety of tasks ranging from preparation of monthly management reports through conducting ad-hoc analyzes and addressing inquiries from the top management.

With us you will learn about budgeting and expenses monitoring, Global Shared Services groups and responsibilities, collaboration with colleagues and leaders from all over the world and advanced Excel (and other MS Office components) functionalities.

Your responsibilities as:

• Participating in the preparation of the annual GSS budget
• Participating in creating budget execution forecasts on a monthly basis
• Creating monthly budget reports
• GSS revenue monitoring and forecasting
• Taking part in activities related to the structure of cost centers and cost allocation methods
• Creating ad-hoc analysis
• Participating in creating new and improving existing reports and tools
• Actively participating in building a positive image of the Team and maintaining positive relations with internal customers

We are looking for candidates who (have):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, management or mathematical sciences
• At least 2 years of analytical experience is a must
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of English – spoken and written
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Excellent customer service focus
• Ability to work independently and search for solutions
• Ability to work on team projects and achieve team goals
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure of time
• Comfortable working in a global environment
