Mobile Networks

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
We are responsible for specifying, designing, implementing, testing and maintaining radio products’ software for various radio access technologies, including LTE, 5G and 6G.
Our mission is E2E integration of radio products throughout the whole product life cycle, performed in the automated Continuous Integration environment.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of the team, you will:

• Analyze higher-level requirements and cooperate with architecture to define Radio Frequency internal design
• Impact the evolution of RF Architecture
• Describe requirements and interactions between RF components.
• Lead technical execution of functionalities in cooperation with implementation and testing teams
• Make technical decisions in design-critical aspects, balancing technical and business benefits
• Refine new feature proposals
• Train and mentor R&D teams

Your skills and experience

You have:

• Experience with specification and modeling languages
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• General understanding of how the software works and is developed
• General understanding of embedded systems, radio units in BTS and signal processing

It would be nice if you also had the following:

• Programming experience
• Specification tools experience (PlantUML, Visio, DOORS)
