Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline such as Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, Project Management Professional (PMP), Business legal, or Engineering

• Experience in construction, telecom, utility infrastructure or data center perferred
• Mininum of 2 years experience in contract management and operation
• Experience in cost management, supply chain management, commercial management, or contract management preferred
• Knowledge in MS Office, Coupa, or Smartsheet a plus
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills
• Goal and team-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn & improve
• Flexible and adaptable to fast changing environment

Responsibilities

Contract Management:

Responsible for all relevant documentation execution including contract SOW signature, supplier certification including insurance & ISO documents

• Partners with Legal on the contract lifecycle management
• Works with business partners to develop and agree SOW, business and commercial requirements
• Negotiates contract with suppliers
• Manages business requirements for Order Management
• Initiates supplier on-boarding where applicable in the Source to Pay systems

Procurement Operation & Execution:

• Implement and execute supplier management process covering performance, risk, and compliance management
• Supports selection of new suppliers and conduct RFx
• Be internal customer advocate to address operational issue and support with sense of urgency
