In this position you will join a Mainframe Service team in Poland, supporting various MF clients. Our clients are from Italy and DACH regions, so it is a good opportunity to work with people of different backgrounds and attitudes. The responsibilities include interacting with clients, vendors, and management to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Engagement in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to networks’ daily operations and project delivery. This role needs to have a strong technical background and the ability to learn and/or work with multiple toolsets.
The candidate should have a background in supporting Mainframe Network Delivery for multinational customers. Strong business, technical and project management skills, as well as previous delivery experience in a technical environment are required.
