Job Description

Our team is responsible for the recruitment of IT specialists for the Accenture Advanced Technology Center division, which carries out innovative projects in the field of implementation and integration of IT systems, security, infrastructure, cloud solutions, business intelligence and advanced analytics. Accenture is constantly evolving, we have a lot of work and the IT candidate market is difficult and demanding. That is why we are looking for new people who will want to develop their career as IT recruiter, who will join the ranks of our team.

What will you do?

• You will take responsibility for an end to end recruitment process for IT positions – in house recruiting only
• You will act as recruiting business partner to one of a business divisions and create partnership relations with hiring managers
• You will have the chance to participate in internal employer branding projects and activities

Qualifications
What do we expect?

• Four years of experience in the recruitment field, and two years in the IT industry
• Knowledge about the IT market, especially Silesian district
• Business maturity and high personal culture – a recruiter is the candidate’s „first contact” with the company and we want you to be able to build a positive candidate experience
• The ability to establish partnerships and effective relationships with our hiring managers is also important
• Good command of the English language – we use this language in our work on a daily basis.
