The team you’ll be part of

Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.
People Experience Care team is responsible for providing a positive experience to all employees during their employment lifecycle with a focus on moments that matter. Query resolution, sometimes by simple answers other times by complex support or consulting. Supporting all internal employee groups i.e., individual contributors and individual LMs on common employee topics.
Care team members are open, fearless, and empowered to create a positive User Experience. All employee/LM requests are managed in the ticket tool and assigned to a Care team member with the required expertise.

What you will learn and contribute to

We are looking for an HR Specialist, within our organization called People Care Partner, and as a part of our team, you will:

  • Work as a functional expert, provide professional expertise within a functional area of HR
  • Solve queries from Employees and Line Managers related to the global and regional HR processes and information services in the scope
  • Provide administrative and transactional project support: Data analyses, monitoring, and ensuring data quality
  • Support line managers on sensitive and difficult work-related problems in the areas of employment, labor relations, compensation, training, performance management and other areas of People process’
  • Provide support in conducting research on assigned HR projects

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • At least 5 years HR experience
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law and practical experience in this area
  • Fluent written and oral English & Polish
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Team player and open-minded approach
  • Strong customer focus

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Previous experience in HR in the IT or Telecommunications industry
