We are hiring the new position of Senior Analyst – Data Sourcing & Management for the Apptio-based Technology Business Management (TBM) Platform used globally at Credit Suisse IT. You are responsible for data & sourcing and management, data flow automatization and integration as well data documentation and data delivery agreements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
You will directly work with the vendor Apptio for all production aspects of the SaaS hosted solution. You will manage platform information to internal customers up to our IT top management and provide valuable support to users with your team. This unique role also offers the opportunity to develop solid TBM skills including IT planning and accounting processes, service TCO management, data management and modelling. You are working closely with the TBM solution development team with the potential to engage in projects to enhance our TBM Solutions covering enhanced needs of IT management and service providers. The TBM platform is the backbone of the Credit Suisse IT Business Management framework used globally for IT-wide Service Costing, IT Planning and Cost Visibility.
