Scrum Master

You’re on a call with a client who wants to build “the most comprehensive mail-client ever” for his application. You can see that he is excited by the idea, determined to invest in it and have it ready by the end of year. At the same time you see that the development team doesn’t seem too convinced it’s the right move but they don’t say a word. The call ends as the client needs to run to another meeting.

At u2i we’re looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Process Master to join our team. A person who is able to create high performing teams incorporating external clients from the US and our developers based in Poland to create great products together.

You

• Are interested in the challenge of breaking down barriers between client and vendor to create a one high performing team
• Are familiar with different Agile and Lean approaches to running projects
• Are experienced in facilitating product and development teams
• Are open-minded and eager to experiment
• Are not satisfied unless everyone knows why a certain commitment/decision has been made
• Are neither an IT Project Manager nor a “Scrum is the only way to go!” kind of person

It would also be great if

• You had experience in working in a flat-structured company with no managers
• You were interested in Organization Development
• You had Agile coaching experience
