Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a servant leader at Kyndryl – a Scrum Master who will guide the team practically in applying the Agile/Scrum practices and values to the day-to-day activities of the team on the ServiceNow platform.
The candidate on this position will ensure the continual improvement of processes within Scrum teams.

For emphasis, key roles will be:

  • Deliver team coaching using a servant leadership style where relevant and leading by example.
  • Help and guide the team in practically applying the Agile/Scrum practices and values in their day-to-day activities.
  • Guiding the team on how to get the most out of Self-management.
  • Ensure the continual improvement of processes within the Scrum teams Help and support the team in meeting their sprint goals and overall commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Manage system dependencies at planning, implementation, and support stages to ensure appropriate resource allocation and on time delivery.
  • Identify, flag, and manage issues that pose a potential risk to delivery or client satisfaction Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on collaborative problem-solving.
  • Support and coach the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
  • Undertake as requested other activities that may be outside of your area of focus but contribute to the overall success of the ServiceNow programme Proactively contribute to the positive culture of the programme’s values through your everyday behaviours  Support in the delivery of the programme with system dependencies, implementation, and support stages to ensure appropriate reso.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in: IT Service Management/ IT Operations Management ServiceNow
  • foundational knowledge Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation development) with clients, end-users, and team members at senior levels
  • Proven problem-solving and collaborative skills Interpersonal skills for negotiation of priorities and resolution of conflicts amongst project stakeholders
  • Expert time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize;
  • A self-starter able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • ServiceNow reporting.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ITIL Foundation .
  • Certification (nice to have) Able to use the Agile Development module in ServiceNow.

High School Diploma/GED
