Your field of responsibility:

An outstanding opportunity to join the Enterprise Data Tooling team on the delivery of Data Centricity IT Strategy, which is a key strategic objective for CIO. You will be managing the scrum with a team of 12 developers, 3 Requirement engineers, 3 QA’s delivering a pipeline of requests for the GCDO business. Our scrum delivery involves complex prioritization process and a strict tracking of skillset capacity and involves monthly releases.

Your skills and experience:

You will be perfect match for us if you have:

• Over 5 years proven track record of operating as an effective scrum master in a fast paced environment, including managing scope, timeline, sprint planning/stand ups, backlog grooming and sprint retrospectives.
• Experience in effective capacity planning of a team with various skill sets and mapping this to the product requirements.
• Proven track record of working with Product Owner’s to deliver high quality results.
• Results-oriented, highly motivated and organized with a “can-do” approach.
• Proven ability to jump into a complex situation, issue resolution and clear communication to business partners.
• Demonstrable background and track record of working in agile delivery methods. Transparency on velocity, burndown and planning in the sprints.
• Experience of Atlas, JIRA, Odyssey and the suite of agile delivery tools. Knowledge to create structures and dashboards for sprint tracking purposes is a big plus.
• Positive, approachable personality with a drive to empower the team.
• Fluent English (as we work in international environment).
