Job Description
Tasks:
- Defining and delivering the actions needed to improve the quality of the service and keep it aligned with the business needs
- Creating transparency in the E2E incident process of SAP incidents to improve support quality and efficiency
- Defining support processes to be future oriented to support the new hybrid SW structure of Cloud- and On-Premise solutions
- Preparation of data basis for incident reporting. Analyses of incident messages and identification of relevant measures to ensure their implementation
- Leading the Service Review Meetings to review the status and quality of the service provided
- Ensuring sustainable support quality, e.g. by KPIs and including them into SAP Dashboards
- Reviewing and updating of SLAs with SAP to meet present and future requirements and ensure their compliance
- Steering SAP related escalations along pre-defined escalation levels, run/manage support related VIP process, incl. management reports
- Supporting of overall SAP contract Management by steering and administrating of SAP Service Contracts, continuous optimization of contract efficiency
- Analyzing of relevant KPIs and development of relevant reports (and their continuous improvement)
Qualifications
Profile:
- Understanding of technical aspects of an application
- Multiple years of experience in support organization
- Good organization, time management, decision making and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies
- Good knowledge about general support structures and processes
- Very good communication skills to moderate & steer meetings and escalations
- Knowledge of SAP Support Portal and SAP ONE Support applications would be a plus
- Very good English (basic German understanding is a plus)
- Degree in technical discipline (Engineering, IT)
