Role Objective
The key objective for the ICG Presentation Analyst is to support Account Executives and Relationship Managers to maintain current business across the Institutional Client Group by developing commercially-oriented portfolio review presentations.
The role involves supporting regional teams with creating client-specific material to be presented at portfolio review meetings (quarterly, bi-annually, or annually). This requires maintaining a strong partnership with a number of teams across SSGA, including Investments, Product, Marketing & Content, Client Reporting, Business Controls, Legal and Compliance.
Role accountability
- Coordinate with Sales Analysts, Account Executives and Relationship Managers on materials needed for portfolio review meetings
- Work with SMEs on the required content
- Pulling key slides and client-specific information from SSGA’s brand repository and reporting databases
- Oversee formatting such as creating the title slides, tables of content, page numbers, biographies, etc.
- Meticulously review tracking codes of standard and custom slides to ensure they are approved in line with Compliance and risk-excellence processes
- Submit content into the internal marketing material repository which tracks the usage of such material
- Recommend enhancements to improve both the presentation process and the commercial purpose of meetings
- Join client reviews where possible
