We are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience in acquiring and retaining B2B clients who would like to work in the international environment.
Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Acquiring new clients from leads generated by the marketing department
- running sales teleconferences and product presentations
- giving feedback to the marketing department in order to receive better fit leads to work with
- Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with both existing and new clients
- Running the Customer Development loop to identify and handle clients’ needs
- Cooperating with other departments (production, IT etc.) to implement the solutions identified to resolve clients’ problems
What we offer
- Develop your sales and account management skills by participating in our company’s global expansion
- Work full-time with a monthly gross base salary of 3000-5000 PLN (depending on your experience) and bonus (percentage of closed deals)
- Work remotely within a flexible time schedule
You’re the person we’re looking for if you:
- have proven track record of success in closing deals with business-to-business prospects (two years experience expected)
- are familiar with Customer Development methodology
- are proficient in English (C1 or higher) which you have used at work
- use CRM tools (eg. Pipedrive) on a daily basis
If you’re also interested in the real estate market, architecture, photography and/or virtual reality – that’s a plus.
