Regional Network Engineer

Tasks:

• Operation of Local Area Networks and WiFi Infrastructure in EMEA countries according to ITIL
• Working together closely in an international virtual team of fellow network engineers
• Planning, configuration and installation of Local Area Networks and WiFi Infrastructure in EMEA locations
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of networks
• Collaborate with internal Field Service organization and external service providers
• Support development of network concepts and hardware portfolio (evaluation, sample configurations)
• Manage organizational and statistical tasks of network operation

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering
• Very good English skills,
• Min. 2 year Network experience in LAN, WLAN or WAN environments, min. 2 year experience in Cisco and HPE/Aruba  Products
• Preferably CCNA, CCNP Certification, ITIL framework know-how, experience with scripting languages (Perl, bash etc.)
• Very good communication and coordination skills (project experience appreciated), analytical and problem-solving skills, strong teamwork ability
