Motorola Solutions is a global leader in public safety and enterprise security. During the internship, you will join the Research and Development (R&D) team, that will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the following technologies: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, Windows/Linux Platform, Software Tester (Manual/Automated).

Job Description

We’re looking for an ambitious software developer students, who are passionate about technology! Development at MSI is done in an exciting and Agile environment on widely deployed products that need constant enhancements.

You responsibilities:

• Implement solutions to complex problems
• Work at an extremely agile team in a dynamic environment.
• Working on a large scale and high-quality deliveries.

Our internship program is not only about gaining practical experience, we also create the possibility to visit our headquarter in Chicago, during 1 month exchange in July 2023. Find out, how it was in July 2022: Motorola Solutions Polska | Facebook

In a nutshell about the recruitment process:

• within 2-3 days after sending your CV, you will receive a short survey regarding the profile / technology that interests you, availability, working type ( if you fullfill our requirments: student status, availability to work in Kraków, etc.)
• then you should receive codility test, based on the profile indicated in the survey (you have 3-5 days to complet the test)
• right after that your test and CV will be passed to hiring manager
• as soon as the manager confirms interest in your application, we will invite you to an interview. The interview will last arround 90 minutes, and consists on two parts technical and softskill.

Basic Requirements

• Practical knowledge of C# or C++ or Java or JavaScript or Linux Platform or Windows Platform (+ Python)
• Fluent English (at least B2)
• Proactive and results orientated
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Student status (preferred students from the third year, computer science, telecommunication or related field )
• Availability 24 hours per week (minimum)
• At least one year cooperation
• Nice to have first experience in commercial projects
• Availability to work in our office in Kraków (Czerwone Maki 82)
